It can be used to detect wear and breakage and correct thermal distortion as well as to preset tool length.
It has high accuracy and good stability.
Its repeatable tool accuracy is 0.001mm

Special Considerations:
Please control the tool's diameter 20mm or less.
Please control setting speed 50-500mm / min or less.
The tool's center to fall on the center of the setter's surface.
Do not force the rotation of the setter's head.
Ensure the parallelism after installation.
Please use blowing device normally.
Ambient temperature range -25ºC ~ 70ºC.
Please control voltage in DC10-30V, the current below 20mA.
